King AI Terms of Use

Effective date: October 29, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and NOWAY MOBILE OÜ, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia, registry number 17201091 ("we", "us"). They cover your use of the King AI: AI Video Creator app and its related services ("King AI").

By using King AI you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (https://nowaymobile.com/king-ai/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, do not use King AI.

1. Who can use King AI

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be able to enter a binding contract.
• You must not be barred from using King AI by law or by an earlier account closure.

2. What King AI does

King AI makes short videos from a text prompt or a photo. It uses AI models from third parties, which you choose in the app.

Before generation:

• your request is checked automatically against our content rules (section 6);
• your prompt is translated into English;
• your prompt may be rewritten to work better with the model.

Please keep in mind:

• Results vary. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, low quality or, despite our checks, offensive. The same prompt can give different videos, and other users can get similar ones.
• Models change. Models, their prices in coins, lengths and other options can change, be added or be removed. The price of each video is shown before you create it.
• Availability. Generation can be slow or fail, for example when a model provider has an outage. If a video fails, your coins come back automatically (section 4).

3. Your account

• Anonymous account. When you first open the app, it creates an anonymous account on your device.
• Losing your device. If you lose the device or delete the app without signing in, we cannot recover that account or its coins and videos.
• Signing in. Sign in with Apple to keep your account across devices. If you sign in on a device where you used the app anonymously, that account's coins and videos move to your signed-in account.
• Your responsibility. You are responsible for what happens in your account. One account is for one person. Do not sell, share or transfer accounts.
• Deleting your account. Use Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your videos, coins and history.

4. Coins, subscriptions and coin packs

4.1 Coins

• What coins are for. Coins pay for videos. The app shows the price in coins for the model and length you pick before you create a video.
• When coins are taken. Coins are taken only after your request passes the safety check. Blocked requests cost nothing.
• When coins come back. If a video fails, or our safety check removes the finished video, the coins come back automatically.
• Expiry. Coins do not expire while your account exists.
• What coins are not. Coins have no cash value. They are not money and cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred to another person. The only exception is the account merge in section 3.
• When you can lose coins. Coins are lost when you delete your account. They can also be removed in these cases:
  • Store refunds. If Apple refunds a purchase, we remove the coins it gave you, as far as they are unspent.
  • Mistakes. We fix coins added by an error.

4.2 Subscriptions

King AI offers auto-renewing weekly and yearly subscriptions.

• Coins included. Each plan adds coins to your account. The purchase screen shows how many and when, before you buy.
• Changes to included coins. We may change the coins included in a plan for future billing periods. We will tell you in the app before the change applies. Coins already added to your account are never reduced by such a change.

Apple handles all payments:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends, at the then-current price.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals. The current period and coins you already received stay until they run out.
• If an offer includes a free trial, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• Deleting the app or your King AI account does not cancel a subscription.

4.3 Coin packs

Coin packs are one-time purchases. Their coins are added to your account when Apple confirms the payment.

4.4 Prices and refunds

• Prices. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and can differ by country. Price changes for subscriptions follow Apple's rules, including asking for your consent where Apple requires it.
• Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple, so we cannot issue refunds ourselves. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
• Restoring purchases. "Restore purchases" restores your subscription on a new device. Coins belong to the King AI account that received them. To keep them across devices, sign in with Apple.

5. Your content and the videos you make

Your inputs. "Inputs" means the prompts and photos you submit. You keep any rights you have in them.

To provide King AI, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• store, copy, process, translate and change your inputs and generated videos;
• send them to our AI and hosting providers;
• show them back to you.

We use this license only to run King AI, keep it safe and comply with the law. It ends when the content is deleted, except where we must keep data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your videos.

• Ownership. As between you and us, you own the videos you generate, as far as the law allows, and we transfer to you any rights we have in them.
• Copyright. AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright in some countries.
• Similar outputs. Others may generate similar content.
• Model terms. Some model providers set their own rules for how their output may be used. You are responsible for following them.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for your inputs and for how you use your videos. You confirm that:

• you have the rights to everything you upload;
• your inputs and your use of the videos do not break the law or anyone's rights.

Labeling. Videos are labeled as AI-generated in the app, and the files carry metadata saying so.

• Do not remove or hide these labels or the metadata.
• When you publish a video, say that it is AI-generated wherever the law or the platform requires it. This includes the EU AI Act for content that looks like real people, places or events.

No training. We do not use your inputs or videos to train AI models.

6. Content rules

You may not use King AI to create, or try to create, any of the following:

1. Real people. Photos that show a real person are not accepted, including photos of yourself, of other people, and of screens or prints showing a person. The only exception is an image made entirely by an AI image generator, which carries valid content credentials (C2PA) proving it is AI-generated. Even then, every other rule applies.
2. Real or famous people in any form. No content that names or targets a real, identifiable person, or imitates their likeness. This includes celebrities, politicians, influencers and private individuals.
3. Sexual content. No nudity, sexual content or suggestive content of any kind. This applies whether a person is real or AI-generated, and whatever their gender.
4. Making people perform. No making a person or human-like character dance, twerk, kiss, hug, cuddle, undress, change outfits, pose or model, give a massage, move sensually, or reshape their body or face.
5. Minors. No photos showing children or teenagers. Never any content that sexualizes minors.
6. Violence. No graphic violence or gore.
7. Hate and harassment. No content that attacks people for who they are, and no threats or harassment.
8. Self-harm. No content that promotes or depicts self-harm or suicide.
9. Illegal activity. No content that promotes, facilitates or depicts illegal activity.
10. Others' intellectual property. No well-known copyrighted characters, brand mascots or trademarks without permission. No other content that infringes others' rights.
11. Deception. No content meant to make people believe something false about real events, people, elections or public issues. No impersonation. No fraud, spam or scams.

You also may not:

• try to get around our safety checks, for example with coded words, split prompts or edited photos;
• remove AI labels or metadata;
• access King AI with bots, scripts or anything other than the official app;
• reverse engineer, overload, attack or interfere with King AI or its providers;
• resell King AI or its outputs as a service;
• use King AI to build a competing AI model.

7. How we enforce the rules

• Before generation. Each request is checked automatically before generation. A blocked request is not charged, and the app tells you which rule it broke.
• After generation. Each finished video is checked again. If it breaks a rule, we delete it and return your coins.
• Strikes. Each blocked request is a strike. 5 strikes within 24 hours suspend video creation for 24 hours.
• Severe violations close your account immediately and permanently. Sexual content involving minors is the main example. We may also report such content and the account to the competent authorities or organizations.
• Other violations. We may suspend or close accounts for other serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
• Reporting. Use "Report" on any video to tell us about a problem. We review reports within 24 hours.
• Appeals. If you think a decision was wrong, email contact@nowaymobile.com with the details, and a person will review it.

Our checks are automated and can make mistakes in both directions. They do not mean we approve any content. You remain responsible for what you create and share.

8. Third-party services

King AI depends on services from other companies:

• Apple for payments and sign-in;
• OpenAI and fal.ai, and the model developers behind them, for safety checks and video generation;
• Google Firebase for hosting;
• RevenueCat for purchases.

Their availability is outside our control. Their own terms apply to your use of their services, for example Apple's terms for purchases.

9. Our rights

• King AI's software, design, name, logo and content belong to us or our licensors. They are protected by intellectual property law.
• While you follow these Terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own use on Apple devices you own or control.
• Ideas or feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.

10. Disclaimers

King AI is provided "as is" and "as available", as far as the law allows.

We do not promise that:

• King AI will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• a particular model will stay available;
• videos will meet your expectations or be fit for a particular purpose;
• our safety checks will catch everything.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

11. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or reputational harm;
• our total liability for all claims related to King AI is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is higher.

These limits do not apply to:

• liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
• fraud;
• intent or gross negligence;
• anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

If you are not a consumer, or where the law allows, you will compensate us for claims, losses and costs caused by:

• your inputs;
• your use of the videos;
• your breach of these Terms or of the law.

13. Ending the agreement

• You can stop using King AI and delete your account at any time. Remember to cancel any subscription with Apple.
• We can suspend or close your account under section 7. We can also stop offering King AI. If we stop, we will give reasonable notice in the app, and the law decides what happens to remaining coins or prepaid periods.
• What survives. Sections 5, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14 continue after the agreement ends.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes go to the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in your local courts.

Before going to court, please email us first. Most problems can be solved quickly.

15. Apple App Store terms

You downloaded King AI from Apple's App Store, so the following also applies:

• Who the agreement is with. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for King AI and its content.
• Scope of use. Your license to use King AI is limited to Apple-branded products you own or control, as allowed by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Family Sharing may apply where offered.
• Support. We are responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for King AI.
• Warranty. If King AI fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for King AI.
• Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims relating to King AI or your use of it. This includes product liability claims, claims that King AI fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
• Intellectual property. If a third party claims that King AI or your use of it infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
• Legal compliance. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country. You also confirm that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Contact. Questions, complaints and claims about King AI go to the contact details in section 17.
• Third-party terms. You must follow applicable third-party terms when using King AI.
• Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you.

16. Changes to these Terms

When these Terms change, we update the effective date at the top. For important changes, we tell you in the app before they apply. If you keep using King AI after a change applies, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using King AI and delete your account.

General points:

• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it.
• You may not transfer these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer them to a company that takes over King AI.
